Stacey Newcome (Director
of Operations)
Mrs. Newcome has approximately eight years of Customer
Relations Management experience in the Direct Marketing
and Customer Service fields with an elaborate background
in Training, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, and Operations
Management. She possesses proficiency in a variety of
industries where her accomplishments are measured by the
extraordinary amounts of revenue generated while managing
successful pilot programs designed for industry leading
clientele including: Discover, JCPenney Life Insurance
Company, SBC, and Verizon. Mrs. Newcome resides in Morgantown,
West Virginia.
Ryan Lytle (Director of Operations)
Mr. Lytle has over 10 years of customer service experience
including 5 years in call center management and operations.
He possesses a strong client relations background that
includes working with Fortune 500 companies such as Verizon
Communications and the Cigna Corporation. In 2003, he
received the Revolutionary Rings award from TeleTech Holding
Inc. for significantly contributing to the overall success
of a project and was also awarded Top Supervisor for the
first and second quarters of 2004 while working directly
with Verizon Global Networks, A subsidiary of Verizon
Communications. Ryan resides in Lake Lynn, Pennsylvania
and is married with two children.
Carla E. Leo (Director of Quality
Assurance)
Mrs. Leo has over 10 years of experience in
customer management services. The results of her abilities
have proven successful as companies such as Home Depot,
GE and Cingular Wireless continue to profit from her project
start-ups. Mrs. Leo has developed a strong background
over time while working in client relations, account management,
training, and call center operations management for Fortune
500 Companies. Among her greatest skills, she excels in
building Quality Assurance programs which form and build
internal working relationships while meeting clientele
criteria. She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from West
Virginia University.
Lee Ann Rife
(Director of Training)
Mrs. Rife has 5 years of dedication in the Telecommunications industry.
She is an expert at designing and delivering training programs that result in an excited and more knowledgeable team ready to put their training to work.
Lee Ann has developed and implemented training curriculum for multiple companies including SBC (the new AT&T). She excels in providing clients a knowledgeable workforce that results in quality customer service from start to finish. Lee Ann lives in Masontown, WV with her husband and two children.
