Robert Klayman, CEO

Mr. Klayman has over 25 years of "hands on" experience resolving domestic Call Center problems associated with unsatisfactory customer service, low morale and "high turnover" rates that produce exorbitant operations costs.

As a leader in the Direct Response Marketing industry, Mr. Klayman produced and marketed over 100 direct response programs including infomercials, short form commercials, videos, and print ads for both sales and lead generation. Mr. Klayman made the Ginsu Knife a household name over 20 years ago, and was one of the first promoters of the infomercial concept in the late-1980s. Mr. Klayman's marketing innovations are often "years ahead" of the industry, utilizing unique sales strategies that connect products to mass markets, nationally and internationally, with immediate access.

Due to his years as a successful marketing innovator and consultant, Mr. Klayman has a tremendous following and entrée within multiple industries and corporate clients. While competitors negotiated overseas labor, Mr. Klayman created a proprietary communications system and marketing program to connect corporate America with consumers worldwide using domestic professional agents. at an affordably low cost. Roman Matatov, COO
Mr. Matatov has over 20 years of experience in international business management and administration, resolving issues within operations, sales and distribution/fulfillment. In the 1980's & 1990's, he successfully owned and operated a large distribution, shipping and fulfillment facility in California with branch offices worldwide. In 1994, Mr. Matatov became the exclusive distributor for "Herbalife" for the ex-Soviet Union territories that led to annual sales increases from zero to $215 million. In 1996, after competitive rounds, one of Mr. Matatov's companies was chosen to receive an exclusive distribution contract for P.M. of Luxembourg.

During the late-1990's, Mr. Matatov joined the Klayman Group to increase prosperity by bringing critical communications positions back into the USA through initiating proprietary technologies that allow training and employment for thousands of people within the call center operations and debit card distribution.
